What is the IPL 2021 Auction Probable Date?

BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has said that the board will be trying its best to ensure that IPL is organized in India. While retaining and releasing players has gotten over, the next step in the journey to IPL 2021 is the player auction. A senior BCCI official has reportedly conveyed that the IPL 2021 Auction Probable Date is 18th February 2021.
While the details about the venue for this are yet to be announced. It is being said that it is probably going to be organized in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Although, retaining and releasing, the trading window is still open till 4th February 2021.
Players like Steve Smith who have been released by their old teams are much looking forward to this auction as it is where it is going to be decided about whether or not they will be playing in IPL 2021.
